Diagnostic mode

The diagnostic mode outputs complete log regarding temperature and likelihood history during MCMC sampling. The output files are temp.history and likelihood.history, both of which can be visualize by plot utilties. It also shows verbose outputs on standard outputs. One can activate this mode by setting diagnostic_mode=.true. (or T) on main paramter file (default is .false.). Note that this mode slows down computation speed.
